These Terms of Service (“Terms”) are a legally binding agreement between Country Life Meadows, its Affiliates (“Country Life Meadows,” “Country Life”, “CLM”, “BeeTree Games,” “the Game,” “the Company,” or “we”) and you (“you” or “your”), governing your access to and use of the Country Life Meadows game, application, website, and related services (collectively, the “Service”). “Affiliates” refers to any subsidiaries, parent companies, joint ventures, or other corporate entities under common ownership with Country Life Meadows.
PLEASE READ THESE TERMS CAREFULLY BEFORE USING THE SERVICE. BY INSTALLING, USING, OR OTHERWISE ACCESSING THE SERVICE, YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THESE TERMS AND ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOU HAVE READ, UNDERSTOOD, AND ACCEPTED THEM. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THESE TERMS, DO NOT INSTALL, USE, OR OTHERWISE ACCESS THE SERVICE. YOU MAY NOT USE THE SERVICE WHERE PROHIBITED BY APPLICABLE LAW.
You may not access or use the Service from any territory that is subject to trade embargoes, economic sanctions, or similar legal restrictions, including jurisdictions identified by the U.S. Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC) or comparable authorities. You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of the Service complies with all laws and regulations applicable to you.
IMPORTANT NOTICE: THESE TERMS CONTAIN A BINDING ARBITRATION CLAUSE AND A WAIVER OF CLASS ACTION RIGHTS THAT MAY AFFECT YOUR LEGAL RIGHTS. EXCEPT FOR CERTAIN TYPES OF DISPUTES MENTIONED IN SECTION 15 BELOW, YOU AGREE THAT ALL DISPUTES BETWEEN YOU AND COUNTRY LIFE MEADOWS WILL BE RESOLVED THROUGH INDIVIDUAL ARBITRATION, AND YOU WAIVE YOUR RIGHT TO PARTICIPATE IN A CLASS ACTION OR CLASS ARBITRATION. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THESE TERMS, INCLUDING THE ARBITRATION AND CLASS ACTION WAIVER, DO NOT USE THE SERVICE.
In addition to these Terms, our Privacy Policy applies to your access and use of the Service. By using the Service, you also acknowledge and agree that you have reviewed and understood our Privacy Policy.
Country Life Meadows reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to modify or revise these Terms at any time. You are responsible for reviewing the Terms periodically for any changes. Your continued use of the Service after changes to the Terms indicates your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree to the Terms, your sole remedy is to stop using the Service and delete your account.
We reserve the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including violation of these Terms.
You represent that you are at least 13 years old. If you are between 13 and 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction), you represent that your legal guardian has reviewed and agrees to these Terms on your behalf.
You acknowledge and agree that the Service is a dynamic and evolving platform. Country Life Meadows may update, modify, or restrict access to certain features, content, or functionality of the Game or Service at any time, for any reason, with or without prior notice. This may include adjustments to gameplay, content availability, system requirements, or platform support.
Country Life Meadows also reserves the right to amend these Terms of Service at any time. It is your responsibility to review the Terms periodically for any changes. Your continued use of the Service after any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
If we make material changes to these Terms of Service, we will provide advance notice through appropriate means, such as in-game messaging, website updates, or other communication channels, before the changes take effect.
You may register and create an account to access and use the Services. You can create an account either by registering directly through our website (the "Web Portal") using an email address and a password, or by logging in through a third-party platform, such as Facebook, Google, Twitch, Steam, or any other login services we may offer in the future. You agree to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date registration information, and you may not use another person’s or entity’s email address to create an account. You are also responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password.
Guest Access (Play Without an Account).
On certain platforms, such as CrazyGames or other similar platforms, or through special links provided by us, you may access and use the Services without creating an account. In guest mode, your in-game progress is saved using a temporary authentication token stored in your browser’s local storage or cookies. This token allows us to associate your data with a temporary server-side profile. If you clear cookies, switch browsers, or use a device or browser mode that blocks storage, your progress may be lost and cannot be recovered. Features such as leaderboards or in-game purchases may be limited or unavailable until you create a full account. On CrazyGames or similar platforms, logging in with a new account will automatically bind your guest progress to that account. Logging into an existing account will not merge or bind the guest session. Guest sessions rely on cookies or local storage to maintain progress, similar to logged-in accounts. See our Cookie Policy for more details.
Your account is personal to you, and you may not transfer, sell, or otherwise make your account available to others, nor may you use another person’s account at any time. If you share or distribute your account or related information, Country Life Meadows reserves the right to immediately terminate your account without refund.
You may not create an account using false information, a false identity, or on behalf of another person.
You are responsible for keeping your account information confidential, including your username, password, and any billing information. Country Life Meadows is not responsible for any loss you suffer as a result of unauthorized use of your account, whether or not you authorized the activity.
You will be held responsible for any losses or damages sustained by Country Life Meadows or any third party due to the unauthorized use of your account. In the event of theft, unauthorized access, or any breach of your account’s security, you must promptly notify Country Life Meadows in writing.
You are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your account in connection with your use of the Services.
If you permit a minor (someone over the age of 13, or the minimum age required by law in your jurisdiction) to use the Services through an account, you agree to be fully responsible for all use of the account, including any purchases and activities. You also agree to ensure that the minor’s use complies with these Terms of Service.
We are not responsible for monitoring a minor’s use of the Services, and you accept all risks associated with allowing a minor to access the Services.
4.1 Subject to your acceptance of and ongoing compliance with these Terms of Service and any applicable Country Life Meadows policies, Country Life Meadows grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable, and limited license to access and use the Service solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. You agree not to use the Service for any other purpose.
4.2 You agree that you will not, under any circumstances:
4.3 The above list is not exhaustive, and we reserve the right to determine what conduct constitutes a violation of the rules governing the use of our Service. We may take appropriate action in response to violations, including suspending your access to the Service, terminating your account, or prohibiting your use of the Service in whole or in part. Any use of the Service beyond what is expressly authorized under this agreement may also expose you to legal liability.
4.4 In addition to the technical and license-related restrictions listed above, your behavior when interacting with other users or using Communication Channels must also comply with our Code of Conduct (see Section 9). Violations of the Code of Conduct may result in enforcement actions, including account suspension or termination.
All materials that are part of the Service (including, but not limited to, designs, text, graphics, pictures, video, information, applications, software, music, sound, and other files, and their selection and arrangement) are protected by copyright, trademark, trade dress, and other intellectual property laws. The entire contents of the Service are copyrighted under the copyright laws of the country of incorporation of the Game and/or similar laws of other jurisdictions.
Except as expressly authorized by Country Life Meadows, you may not modify, copy, distribute, frame, reproduce, republish, download, scrape, display, post, transmit, or sell any part of the Service in any form or by any means, in whole or in part. This includes any derivative use of materials, data mining, or similar data gathering and extraction tools. The foregoing does not apply to your own User Content (as defined in Section 8) that you lawfully post on or through the Service.
All other uses of copyrighted or proprietary material require the express prior written permission of Country Life Meadows. Any unauthorized use of the materials on the Service may violate copyright, trademark, and other applicable laws and may result in civil or criminal liability.
Country Life Meadows and/or its licensors retain all right, title, and interest, including all intellectual property rights, in and to the Service and all materials provided by Country Life Meadows. You acknowledge that you do not acquire any ownership rights by accessing or using the Service, or by downloading materials from the Service.
Subject to your compliance with these Terms of Service, Country Life Meadows grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable, and limited license to access and use the Service solely for your own personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This license does not include any resale or commercial use of the Service or its contents, and it may be terminated by Country Life Meadows at any time for any reason.
Country Life Meadows, the Country Life Meadows logo, and all related names, graphics, logos, service names, designs, and slogans are trademarks of Country Life Meadows and/or its licensors. You may not use any of these marks, including in connection with any product or service that is not affiliated with Country Life Meadows, in any manner that is likely to cause confusion among customers, or in any way that disparages or discredits Country Life Meadows, without our prior written permission. All other trademarks and trade names are the property of their respective owners.
The Services may provide opportunities to earn or purchase virtual in-game currency, including but not limited to virtual coins, points, or credits (collectively, “Virtual Currency”), which may require payment of a fee using lawful currency or “real money” to obtain the Virtual Currency. The Services may also offer virtual in-game digital items (collectively, “Virtual Goods”), which may be purchased from Country Life Meadows using either “real money” or Virtual Currency.
You acknowledge and agree that Virtual Currency and Virtual Goods are intended solely for use within the Service and have no cash value, and they cannot be redeemed for “real money”, lawful currency, goods, or any item of monetary value from Country Life Meadows or any other party.
You further acknowledge and agree that:
(a) you do not have any ownership rights, title, or proprietary interest in the Virtual Goods or Virtual Currency associated with your account or otherwise stored within the Services; and
(b) Virtual Goods and Virtual Currency are licensed to you for personal, non-commercial use within the Service, subject to applicable laws, the Terms of Service, and any specific conditions or limitations described in the Game.
Your purchase of Virtual Currency and/or Virtual Goods is final and non-refundable, non-exchangeable, and non-transferable, except where required by law. You are not permitted to buy, sell, or trade Virtual Currency or Virtual Goods outside the Service. Such transfers are strictly prohibited, and we disclaim any liability for claims or losses incurred by users in connection with Virtual Currency or Virtual Goods purchased or obtained from third parties. Engaging in such activity constitutes a violation of the Terms of Service and may result in the suspension or termination of your account and/or legal action taken against you.
Country Life Meadows reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to modify, manage, control, or eliminate Virtual Currency and/or Virtual Goods at any time. Pricing and availability of Virtual Goods, Virtual Currency and services are subject to change without prior notice.
YOU ACKNOWLEDGE AND AGREE THAT THE PURCHASE OF LICENSES TO USE VIRTUAL CURRENCY AND VIRTUAL GOODS IS CONSIDERED A FINAL AND COMPLETE TRANSACTION UPON COUNTRY LIFE MEADOWS’ RECEIPT OF PAYMENT. SUCH PURCHASES ARE UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES REFUNDABLE, TRANSFERABLE, OR EXCHANGEABLE INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, IN THE EVENT OF ACCOUNT TERMINATION, TERMINATION OF THESE TERMS, AND/OR DISCONTINUATION OF THE SERVICE, EXCEPT WHERE REQUIRED BY LAW. IN CASE A REFUND IS MANDATED UNDER APPLICABLE LAW, THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THE THIRD-PARTY PAYMENT PROCESSOR WILL GOVERN, AND ANY ASSOCIATED FEES WILL BE YOUR RESPONSIBILITY. YOU ALSO ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOU WILL NOT RECEIVE ANY CASH OR OTHER COMPENSATION FOR UNUSED VIRTUAL CURRENCY OR VIRTUAL GOODS WHEN YOUR ACCOUNT IS CLOSED, WHETHER SUCH CLOSURE IS VOLUNTARY OR INVOLUNTARY.
7.1 Authorised Platforms, Payment Processors & Billing
All purchases (including but not limited to Virtual Currency, Virtual Goods, subscriptions, and one-time premium features) must be completed through a storefront, game portal, or web checkout flow that Country Life Meadows has approved (each, an “Authorised Platform”) together with that platform’s designated payment processor. Examples include, but are not limited to, mobile app stores, PC storefronts, browser-based checkouts powered by Xsolla or a successor, and social-network game payments provided by Meta Payments or similar services. The examples are illustrative, not exhaustive, and the available Authorised Platforms may change over time. When you provide a payment method, you represent that you are authorised to use it and that all information you supply is accurate and complete. You agree that (a) Country Life Meadows may immediately charge your chosen method for the full amount shown at checkout (plus any applicable taxes or fees) and (b) the transaction becomes final once we or the Authorised Platform confirm it.
Delivery Timing & Delays. We know you want your items right away! In almost every case your coins, Ranch Cash, or bundles pop into your account within seconds after the payment service tells us the transaction is “paid.” Very occasionally a bank or processor runs extra anti-fraud checks and that confirmation takes a little longer. Until we receive that green light, we can’t credit the goods. If your purchase hasn’t appeared after one hour, or within 24 hours for card payments that show as “pending”, just drop us a note at [email protected] with a copy of your receipt. As soon as the processor finalises the payment we’ll deliver the items automatically; if they cancel or reverse the charge, you won’t be billed.
Third-Party Platform Rules. When you access the Service through a third-party portal (for example, Facebook Canvas, CrazyGames, or any storefront we add later), your purchase is also governed by that portal’s own terms of service and payment policy. If a portal term directly regulates the checkout on that portal and conflicts with these Terms, the portal term will control for that specific transaction. All other aspects of your use of the Service remain governed by these Terms.
7.2 Pricing, Taxes & Currency Conversion
Prices for Virtual Currency, Virtual Goods, or other paid content are displayed in the currency selected or required by the relevant Authorised Platform and may fluctuate due to exchange rates, regional pricing policies, or promotional campaigns. Unless expressly stated otherwise, prices include any value-added, sales, or similar taxes (“Taxes”). You are solely responsible for any bank fees, currency-conversion fees, or other charges imposed by your payment provider or jurisdiction.
7.3 Refund Policy for Digital Content
(a) General Rule. All sales are final and non-refundable once the digital content is credited to your account, except where required by law or by the refund rules of the Authorised Platform through which the purchase was made. Because Virtual Currency and Virtual Goods are digitally delivered items with no intrinsic cash value, you have no right to withdraw or receive a monetary refund after delivery, subject to mandatory consumer-protection laws.
(b) Platform-Specific Requests. If an Authorised Platform provides its own refund mechanism (for example, Meta’s purchase support or Xsolla’s self-service portal), you must submit your request through that mechanism. Country Life Meadows cannot override a platform’s decision.
(c) EEA/UK Right of Withdrawal. If you reside in the EEA or United Kingdom, you acknowledge that you expressly consent to immediate delivery of digital content and therefore lose your statutory 14-day withdrawal right once delivery begins, consistent with Section 15.2 of these Terms. If delivery has not started, you may exercise your right of withdrawal within 14 days of purchase. Refunds will be processed within 14 days using the same payment method, subject to platform rules.
7.4 Chargebacks, Reversals & Fraud Prevention
(a) Initiating an unwarranted chargeback, payment dispute, or reversal constitutes a breach of these Terms. We may, at our sole discretion, suspend or terminate your account, revoke associated Virtual Currency or Virtual Goods, and/or place your account in a negative balance until the outstanding amount and any administrative fees are repaid.
(b) If we suspect fraud, money laundering, stolen cards, or other unauthorised activity, we may immediately freeze or close your account, refuse future transactions, and cooperate with law-enforcement or debt-collection agencies as permitted by law.
7.5 Unauthorised Transactions
(a) Safeguarding Your Account. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials and devices secure. Country Life Meadows is not liable for losses that arise from someone else using your credentials without permission.
(b) Statutory Protections & Liability of Payment Service Providers. Depending on where you live, the payment service provider that processed the transaction (for example, the Authorised Platform’s designated processor or your card issuer) may be legally required to refund unauthorised payments. In the European Economic Area, Article 73 of Directive (EU) 2015/2366 (“PSD2”) assigns primary liability to the payment service provider unless the user acted fraudulently or with gross negligence. Nothing in these Terms limits any mandatory rights you have against such providers.
(c) Reporting & Investigation. If you suspect an unauthorised purchase: (i) immediately notify the payment processor or card issuer through their dispute channel, and (ii) email [email protected] within 48 hours so we can assist. We may require proof that you opened a dispute and other information to validate your claim. Country Life Meadows will cooperate with any processor or issuer investigation but cannot guarantee a refund if that provider denies your claim.
(d) Our Discretionary Remedies. When a payment processor confirms that a transaction was unauthorised and reverses it, we will remove the corresponding Virtual Currency or Virtual Goods from your account. To protect the Service, we may also temporarily lock or permanently close the account if we detect or reasonably suspect ongoing unauthorised activity.
7.6 Subscription Services
If the Service offers recurring or subscription-based content, the terms will be presented at the point of purchase and will include the billing cycle, price, and cancellation method. Subscriptions automatically renew until cancelled. To avoid future charges, you must cancel at least 24 hours before the renewal date via the same Authorised Platform (and its payment processor) you used to subscribe.
7.7 Promotions, Coupons & Bundles
Any time-limited discounts, coupons, or bundle offers are subject to the specific terms displayed at the time of the offer. Country Life Meadows reserves the right to modify or withdraw promotions at any time without prior notice. Promotional pricing is valid only for the stated period and may not be applied retroactively.
7.8 Modifications to Payment Terms
Country Life Meadows may revise pricing, refund policies, or accepted payment methods at any time. Such changes apply only to future transactions and will be communicated through the Service or the relevant Authorised Platform. Your continued use of the Service after a revision constitutes acceptance of the updated payment terms.
8.1 User Content Ownership and Responsibility
You are solely responsible for any data, text, graphics, photos, sounds, chat messages, or other materials that you create, submit, upload, transmit, or display on or through the Service (“User Content”). You acknowledge that you are voluntarily publishing this content using tools provided by Country Life Meadows. Country Life Meadows does not claim ownership of your User Content, but you grant us certain rights to use it as described below.
8.2 License Grant to Country Life Meadows
By submitting or uploading User Content to the Service, you grant Country Life Meadows and its affiliates a worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free, fully paid, non-exclusive, transferable, and sublicensable license to host, store, reproduce, modify, adapt, translate, create derivative works from, publish, publicly display, publicly perform, broadcast, distribute, and otherwise use your User Content in any media, now known or developed in the future, for any purpose, including marketing and promotional use. You waive any moral rights and rights of publicity or privacy you may have in such content to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.
8.3 No Compensation or Credit
You understand and agree that you will not receive any compensation, credit, or notice for any use of your User Content by Country Life Meadows, unless we explicitly agree otherwise in writing.
8.4 User Content Standards and Representations
8.5 Moderation and Removal
Country Life Meadows reserves the right, but has no obligation, to review, monitor, moderate, edit, or remove any User Content at any time, with or without notice, for any reason or no reason. You acknowledge that your User Content may be visible to others, and you agree that you have no expectation of privacy with respect to any content you submit or share on or through the Service.
8.6 Interactions with Other Users
You are solely responsible for your interactions with other users of the Service. Country Life Meadows is not liable for the conduct of users or for any disputes that arise between users. We may, but are not obligated to, become involved in resolving disputes. If you see User Content that violates these Terms, please report it through the in-game tools or contact support.
The Country Life Meadows Service may provide communication channels such as forums, communities, or chat areas (“Communication Channels”) designed to enable you to communicate with other Service users. Country Life Meadows has no obligation to monitor these communication channels, but it may do so and reserves the right to review materials posted to them and to remove any materials, at any time, with or without notice, at its sole discretion. We may also suspend or terminate your access to the Communication Channels or the Service entirely for any reason, without notice.
You acknowledge that chats, postings, or materials posted by users on the Communication Channels are neither endorsed nor controlled by Country Life Meadows. These communications should not be considered reviewed or approved by us, and we disclaim all liability arising from activity within the Communication Channels. You agree that your communications are public and that you have no expectation of privacy.
You agree not to:
Consequences of Gameplay Exploits. If you obtain Virtual Currency, Virtual Goods, statistics, rankings, or any other in-game benefit by exploiting bugs, glitches, or other unintended mechanics, Country Life Meadows may, at its sole discretion: (i) remove the improperly obtained benefits, (ii) reset part or all of your account progress, and/or (iii) impose disciplinary measures up to permanent suspension or termination of the account.
Use of the Service must comply with both the behavioral standards set forth in this Code of Conduct and the technical restrictions described in Section 4. Violations of either may result in moderation actions, account penalties, or legal consequences, at the sole discretion of Country Life Meadows.
10.1 The Game may automatically load and apply new code, patches, assets, or other modifications from our servers without additional notice. Your browser must be running the most recent version of the Game files to connect; older builds may stop working until you refresh the page.
10.2 Country Life Meadows does not guarantee that the Service will be available at any specific time or for any minimum duration. Planned or emergency maintenance may occur without notice, and the Service may become unavailable temporarily or unexpectedly.
10A Suspension and Termination of Account and Service
10A.1 Country Life Meadows may, in its sole discretion, limit, suspend, or terminate your access to the Service or any part thereof, including your account, with or without notice, for any reason or no reason. This may include:
10A.2 Upon termination of your access or account, any licenses granted to you under these Terms shall immediately terminate, and you may no longer access the Service, including any content, Virtual Goods, or Virtual Currency associated with your account. Country Life Meadows reserves the right to delete your account and any related data or content.
10A.3 You acknowledge and agree that Country Life Meadows is under no obligation to compensate you for any loss resulting from account suspension, termination, or the discontinuation of the Service, including the loss of access to Virtual Currency, Virtual Goods, or any earned, purchased, or unlocked content, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
10A.4 While we currently intend to continue supporting Country Life Meadows for the foreseeable future, Country Life Meadows reserves the right to permanently discontinue the Service (“sunset”) at any time, with or without notice, at its sole discretion. In the event of discontinuation, all game data, user content, Virtual Currency, and Virtual Goods may be permanently deleted without compensation.
The Service may contain links to third-party websites, advertisements, services, or content (“Third-Party Content”) that are not owned or controlled by Country Life Meadows. This includes ads shown within the game, social media integrations, or content shared by other users that directs you to external platforms.
You acknowledge and agree that Country Life Meadows is not responsible for the availability, accuracy, legality, or safety of any Third-Party Content. We do not endorse or assume any responsibility for any such content, and your interaction with third parties is solely between you and the third party.
When you view or interact with third-party content, including advertisements, you do so at your own discretion and risk. You may be subject to additional terms and privacy policies of those third parties.
Some advertisements or promotions within the Service may offer in-game rewards upon completion, such as watching a video ad. These rewards are issued by Country Life Meadows, not the advertiser, and we are solely responsible for granting them in accordance with the rules of the game. Country Life Meadows is not responsible for the content of the ad or any third-party offer made within it.
Third-party advertisements may involve data collection for targeted advertising, as described in our Privacy Policy. You can manage ad preferences where supported by the platform or opt out of personalized ads as outlined in the Privacy Policy.
You agree that your use of the Service is at your sole risk. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Country Life Meadows and its Affiliates, officers, directors, employees and agents disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of title, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, authority, completeness, usefulness and timeliness.
Country Life Meadows makes no warranties or representations regarding the accuracy or completeness of any content in the Service or on sites linked to the Service.
Country Life Meadows assumes no liability or responsibility for any (a) errors, mistakes or inaccuracies of content; (b) personal injury or property damage, of any nature whatsoever, resulting from your access to and use of the Service; (c) any unauthorised access to or use of our secure servers and/or any personal or financial information stored therein; (d) any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from the Service; (e) any bugs, viruses, Trojan horses or similar that may be transmitted to or through the Service by any third party, and/or (f) any errors or omissions in any content or for any loss or damage of any kind incurred as a result of the use of any content posted, emailed, transmitted or otherwise made available via the Service.
In no event will Country Life Meadows, its Affiliates, directors, officers, agents, contractors, partners and employees, be liable to you or any third person for any special, direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages whatsoever including any lost profits or lost data arising from your use of the Service or any materials on, accessed through or downloaded from the Service, whether based on warranty, contract, tort, or any other legal theory, and whether or not Country Life Meadows has been advised of the possibility of these damages. The foregoing limitation of liability shall apply to the fullest extent permitted by law in the applicable jurisdiction. You specifically acknowledge that Country Life Meadows shall not be liable for user submissions or for the defamatory, offensive, or illegal conduct of any third party and that the risk of harm or damage from the foregoing rests entirely with you.
You agree to indemnify and hold Country Life Meadows, and each of its Affiliates, directors, officers, agents, contractors, partners and employees, harmless from and against any loss, liability, claim, demand, damages, costs and expenses, including reasonable attorney’s fees, arising out of or relating to: (a) your use of and access to the Service; (b) your violation of any term of these Terms of Service; (c) your violation of any third party right, including without limitation any copyright, property, or privacy right; (d) any claim that one of your User Submissions caused damage to a third party; or (e) any Content you post or share through the Service.
COUNTRY LIFE MEADOWS WILL NOT BE LIABLE TO YOU FOR ANY AMOUNT GREATER THAN WHAT YOU HAVE PAID TO COUNTRY LIFE MEADOWS UNDER THESE TERMS OF SERVICE IN THE SIX (6) MONTHS IMMEDIATELY PRIOR TO THE DATE YOU FIRST ASSERT A CLAIM. YOU ACKNOWLEDGE AND AGREE THAT IF YOU HAVE NOT MADE ANY PAYMENTS TO COUNTRY LIFE MEADOWS DURING THAT TIME PERIOD, YOUR SOLE REMEDY (AND COUNTRY LIFE MEADOWS'S EXCLUSIVE LIABILITY) FOR ANY DISPUTE WITH COUNTRY LIFE MEADOWS IS TO STOP USING THE SERVICE AND TERMINATE YOUR ACCOUNT.
Health & Safety Notice – Photosensitive Seizures
A very small percentage of individuals may experience epileptic seizures or other symptoms when exposed to certain light patterns or flashing lights, including those found in some video games. Symptoms may also occur in individuals who have no prior history of epilepsy or photosensitivity. If you or anyone in your family has an epileptic condition or is photosensitive, you should consult a physician before playing the Game.
If you experience any of the following symptoms while playing the Game, you should immediately stop playing and consult your physician before resuming: dizziness, changes in vision, eye or muscle twitching, loss of awareness, confusion, involuntary movements, or convulsions.
We also provide a setting in the Game to limit the motion of UI elements for added comfort and safety.
You agree to defend, fully indemnify, and hold harmless Country Life Meadows, third-party service providers, licensors, and their respective officers, directors, agents, and employees (collectively, the “Indemnified Parties”) from and against any and all claims, liabilities, losses, injuries, damages, costs, expenses, or any other charges of any kind, however caused, including attorneys’ fees and costs, incurred by any Indemnified Party, arising out of or relating to: your access to or use of the Services; your breach or alleged breach of any term, condition, obligation, representation, or warranty set forth in these Terms; any violation by you of any applicable law or the rights of a third party; any User Content posted, transmitted, or provided by you or on your behalf; any use of the Services by you or by any person accessing the Services using your user credentials, whether authorized or unauthorized; any violation by you of a third party’s intellectual property or other rights; or the illegal or improper use of your user account.
If any dispute or claim arises in connection with these Terms of Service, the Country Life Meadows Privacy Policy, or your use of the Service, you agree to contact us first in an effort to resolve the issue or obtain further information about the Game. We are committed to addressing and resolving player concerns promptly and fairly, and most matters can be settled quickly by reaching out to us at [email protected].
Contacting us to attempt an informal resolution is a mandatory first step, and you agree not to initiate any legal proceeding or formal complaint until you have first given us a reasonable opportunity to resolve the matter.
By accessing or using the Service, you agree that the laws of the country where the Game is incorporated or registered shall govern these Terms of Service and any related dispute, without regard to conflict of law principles, and regardless of your place of residence or use. Any claim or dispute between you and Country Life Meadows that arises, in whole or in part, from your use of the Service shall be resolved exclusively in a court of competent jurisdiction located in the country of the Game’s incorporation or registration. You consent to that jurisdiction and venue, and you waive all objections related to personal jurisdiction or inconvenient forum (forum non conveniens).
YOU AND COUNTRY LIFE MEADOWS AGREE THAT ANY CAUSE OF ACTION ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THE SERVICE MUST BE BROUGHT WITHIN ONE (1) YEAR AFTER THE CAUSE OF ACTION ACCRUES. OTHERWISE, SUCH CLAIM IS PERMANENTLY BARRED.
The following terms apply in addition to the main Terms of Service if you are accessing or using the Services from a specific country or region listed below. If your country is not listed, your use of the Services is still subject to all other terms in this agreement, including the general Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
15.1 United States
If you are a resident of the United States of America, the following terms apply to you.
15.1.1 Disputes. You and Country Life Meadows agree to resolve any Dispute in accordance with the procedure set forth below. This dispute resolution procedure applies to any Dispute between you and Country Life Meadows, whether arising before or after the effective date of this agreement, and regardless of whether the agreement is later terminated for any reason or no reason. “Dispute” means any dispute, claim, or controversy between you and Country Life Meadows arising out of or relating to these Terms of Service, the Privacy Policy, the Services, your use or attempted use of the Services, or the breach, termination, enforcement, interpretation, or validity thereof. This includes the determination of the scope or applicability of this agreement to arbitrate, and covers all claims whether based in contract, regulation, statute, ordinance, negligence, tort, fraud, unfair competition, injury, misrepresentation, rights of privacy, or any other legal or equitable theory.
15.1.2 Informal Resolution. You and Country Life Meadows agree to make a good faith effort to resolve any Dispute informally for at least thirty (30) days before initiating the arbitration process described below. This informal resolution process begins when we receive your written notice of dispute at [email protected] (“Notice”). The Notice must identify the party bringing the Dispute and include the full name and contact information, a detailed description of the nature and basis of the Dispute, the title of the specific Service involved, and the specific relief requested. Any Notice that does not meet these requirements will be considered invalid.
15.1.3 Arbitration Agreement. If you and Country Life Meadows are unable to resolve a Dispute through the informal process described above, both parties agree to resolve the Dispute EXCLUSIVELY THROUGH BINDING INDIVIDUAL ARBITRATION (NOT IN A TRIAL BEFORE A JUDGE OR JURY), in accordance with the U.S. Federal Arbitration Act. Any decision rendered by a neutral arbitrator (not a court) will be final and binding. If either you or Country Life Meadows files a Dispute in court that is subject to arbitration under this agreement, either party may request that the court compel the parties to resolve the Dispute through arbitration. You and Country Life Meadows agree that the neutral arbitrator will have exclusive authority to determine the validity, enforceability, or applicability of this Section 15.1, including whether a Dispute is subject to arbitration. For the avoidance of doubt, all threshold questions regarding arbitrability are delegated to the arbitrator. The terms of this Section 15.1 shall survive the termination of this agreement for any reason.
15.1.4 Arbitration Procedure. The arbitration will be administered by a reputable arbitration provider, such as the American Arbitration Association (“AAA”) or JAMS, under its applicable consumer arbitration rules. If the parties are unable to agree on the arbitration provider, the arbitration will be administered by the AAA by default.
You and Country Life Meadows agree that the arbitration proceedings will be conducted in English. The parties also agree to allow for the electronic submission of documents and to permit participation by phone, teleconference, or in person at a location mutually agreed upon.
Each party shall bear their own attorneys’ fees and costs, unless applicable law allows the prevailing party to recover attorneys’ fees and costs. If either party unsuccessfully challenges the validity of the arbitrator’s decision or award in court, the challenging party shall pay the opposing party’s costs and attorneys’ fees related to the challenge.
15.1.5 Exceptions. You and Country Life Meadows agree that the informal dispute resolution and arbitration agreement set forth in this Section 15 will not apply to the following types of Disputes: (a) individual actions brought in small claims courts; (b) Disputes or claims concerning the protection or enforcement of Country Life Meadows’s intellectual property rights, including but not limited to trademarks, trade dress, trade secrets, patents, copyrights, or other proprietary rights; (c) Disputes or claims relating to piracy or interference with the integrity of the Services; and (d) any other claims that, as a matter of applicable law, cannot be submitted to arbitration.
15.1.6 Class-Action Waiver. You and Country Life Meadows agree that any Dispute or claim between us is personal and may only be brought in an individual capacity. Neither you nor Country Life Meadows shall bring or participate in any Dispute as a plaintiff or class member in any purported class, collective, or representative action. YOU EXPRESSLY WAIVE ANY RIGHT TO PARTICIPATE IN OR INITIATE A CLASS ACTION OR SIMILAR PROCEEDING. Unless both you and Country Life Meadows expressly agree otherwise, the arbitrator may not consolidate the claims of more than one individual and may not preside over any form of a class, representative, or collective proceeding. If this Section 15.1.6 is found to be unenforceable, then the entirety of Section 15.1 shall be deemed null and void.
15.1.7 Your Right to Opt-Out. You have the right to opt out of the arbitration agreement and the class-action waiver provisions described above by sending us a written opt-out notice at [email protected]. The notice must include: (a) your full name and contact information; (b) a clear statement that you wish to opt out of the arbitration agreement, the class-action waiver, or both; (c) the title of the specific Service to which the opt-out applies; and (d) the email address associated with your account.
You must submit this notice within thirty (30) calendar days from the date you first accepted these Terms, first used the Services, or the Services were first made available to you, whichever occurs earliest.
If you do not send the notice within that time frame, or if your notice is incomplete or does not include all required information, you will be bound by the arbitration and class-action waiver provisions in this Section 15.
If you validly opt out, neither you nor Country Life Meadows will be bound by the arbitration provisions of this Section 15 with respect to the applicable Service.
15.2 European Economic Area
If you are a consumer who is habitually residing in a member state of the European Economic Area (EEA) and are accessing or using the Services through our platforms, the following terms and conditions apply to you.
15.2.1 Right of Withdrawal. You have the right to withdraw from a purchase within fourteen (14) days without providing any reason. The withdrawal period expires fourteen (14) days after the date of the purchase. To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (using the contact information provided below) of your decision to withdraw from the purchase by making a clear statement (for example, by sending a letter by post or an email). To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient that you send your communication regarding the exercise of your right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
15.2.2 Reimbursement. If you withdraw from a purchase, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including standard delivery costs (excluding any additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery option offered by us), without undue delay and no later than fourteen (14) days from the date we are informed of your decision to withdraw. The reimbursement will be made using the same means of payment you used for the original transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise. In any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of the reimbursement.
15.2.3 Digital Content and Immediate Delivery. By purchasing digital content (such as in-game coins, ranch cash, energy, or themes), you expressly consent to immediate delivery or performance, even if it occurs during the fourteen (14)-day statutory withdrawal period. We will provide the content or begin the service promptly after accepting your purchase. You acknowledge that once the digital content has been made available to you (for example, credited to your account or downloaded), you lose your right to withdraw, cancel the purchase, or request a refund, as permitted under applicable law. For non-EU users, refunds are subject to our refund policy and any applicable local laws.
15.2.4 User-Generated Content After Termination. You acknowledge and agree that when your account is closed or the contract otherwise ends, we are not obligated to provide you with any User-Generated Content (“UGC”) that: (a) has no reasonable use outside the Game or its related services; (b) consists solely of logs, statistics, or similar data that merely record your in-game activity; (c) has been irreversibly combined with other data and could only be separated with disproportionate effort; or (d) was created jointly with other players and can still be enjoyed or used by them.
15.3 Additional Jurisdictions
15.3.1 United Kingdom.
If you are a resident of the United Kingdom, your rights under UK consumer and data protection laws remain unaffected by these Terms of Service. References to the GDPR shall be interpreted to include the UK General Data Protection Regulation and the Data Protection Act 2018. The right of withdrawal described in Section 15.2 applies equally to UK consumers.
15.3.2 Switzerland.
If you are located in Switzerland, Swiss consumer protection and privacy laws may apply in addition to these Terms. The Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection governs how we process your personal data, and you may have rights to access, correct, or delete your information under Swiss law.
15.3.3 Brazil.
If you are located in Brazil, you are entitled to certain rights under the Lei Geral de Proteção de Dados (LGPD). This includes the right to access, correct, and request deletion of your personal data. You also have the right to revoke consent for data processing at any time, subject to legal and contractual limitations.
15.3.4 Australia.
If you are a resident of Australia, you have rights under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL), including guarantees that cannot be excluded under these Terms. Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes your statutory rights under the ACL. Refunds for digital content will be provided as required under Australian law where the product is not of acceptable quality, fit for purpose, or as described.
16.1 Severability. If any provision of these Terms is found to be illegal or unenforceable at any time, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
16.2 Force Majeure. Country Life Meadows shall not be held liable for any delay or failure to fulfill its obligations due to causes beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to unforeseen events such as acts of God, war, terrorism, riots, embargoes, actions of civil or military authorities, fire, flood, accidents, strikes, or shortages of transportation, fuel, energy, labor, or materials.
16.3 Service Suspension Due to Force Majeure. In the event of a force majeure as described in Section 16.2, Country Life Meadows reserves the right to suspend or limit access to the Services, either temporarily or permanently, without liability. Such suspension shall not constitute a breach of these Terms, and no refunds or compensation shall be owed for any interruption or loss of access caused by such events.
16.4 Waiver. Our failure to exercise or enforce any right or provision under these Terms shall not be interpreted as a waiver of that right or provision. Any waiver will only be valid if expressly stated in writing and signed by us.
16.5 Entire Agreement. These Terms of Service, along with any documents expressly incorporated by reference (including our Privacy Policy), constitute the complete and exclusive agreement between you and Country Life Meadows regarding the subject matter herein, and supersede all prior or contemporaneous agreements, understandings, or communications between you and Country Life Meadows, whether written, oral, or electronic, relating to the same subject matter.
16.6 Assignment and Delegation. Country Life Meadows may assign or delegate these Terms of Service and/or any of its policies, in whole or in part, to any person or entity at any time, with or without your consent. You may not assign any rights or delegate any obligations under these Terms or Country Life Meadows’s policies without prior written consent from Country Life Meadows, and any such unauthorized assignment or delegation shall be null and void.
16.7 Governing Language. These Terms of Service have been prepared in the English language, which shall be the original and controlling version. Any translations of these Terms into other languages are provided solely for convenience and shall not affect the meaning or interpretation of these Terms of Service. In the event of any conflict or inconsistency between a translated version and the English version, the English version shall govern.
